These guys gave great support and it does everything it's advertised to do. It's the size of a regular Blur-ray player but it's also capable of playing anything I have loaded on my computer over the network and everything is upscaled to look as good as it can. I play with this all the time, enjoying all the little things it can do. I have a collection of movies on my computer that keeps growing and now I can watch them in my living room!
